Fortunoff Backyard Store recently inked a 9400 square-foot lease agreement at Somerset Shopping Center, an expansive 219,000-square-foot retail center in Bridgewater managed by Levin Management Corporation and represented by commercial real estate services firm Levin Management Corporation for negotiation purposes.
The store provides outdoor furnishings in all-weather wicker, cast or extruded aluminum and solid teak wood for all seasons, as well as artificial Christmas trees with lights that can be programmed to change colors or flash.

Fortunoff Backyard Store, an outdoor furniture and accessory retailer headquartered in Bridgewater, N.J. has signed an agreement to lease 9,400 square feet at Somerset Shopping Center – a 219,000-square-foot mall strategically positioned along Route 202/206/28 in Bridgewater. Levin Management Corporation (LMC), as exclusive leasing agent for this property, handled this transaction exclusively on behalf of both landlord and tenant. LMC Senior Leasing Representative Vanessa Fernandez-Kelty represented landlord interests while Jake Frantzman from RIPCO Real Estate represented tenant interests. This new location will occupy the former Pier 1 Imports space. Fortunoff returned to New York/New Jersey market in February 2010 and currently operates 27 locations within this region; they also operate sites in Connecticut, Delaware and Pennsylvania.
