Senior Leasing Representative Vanessa Fernandez-Kelty represented the landlord while Jake Frantzman of RIPCO Real Estate represented Fortunoff. Littlejohn points out that this retailer boasts over two dozen locations in New York/New Jersey as well as Connecticut, Delaware and Pennsylvania, all distinguished from other outdoor furniture stores by its value, variety and customer service offerings. As an example, Littlejohn says that aluminum frames rust less and offers warranties against fabric tears, water damage and sun fading – among many other features.
