Casual Living Unlimited provides a limited warranty against furniture that fails to perform as intended under normal use and exposure conditions within its warranty period, either through repair or replacement, with purchase price returned to original purchaser upon proof of purchase. However, this warranty does not cover special, incidental or consequential damages which arise through contract law, tort law (such as negligence and strict liability), or otherwise and only applies in the US and Canada; some states prohibit or limit exclusion or limitation for certain forms of incidental/consequential damages so this may not apply in your state/country
This warranty only extends to the original individual purchaser and does not cover products sold to dealers, retailers or installers or used commercially or rental purposes. Casual Living Unlimited will review each claim submitted; upon approval it will ship out replacement product or parts. Warranty claims cannot be processed unless completed through online claim forms submitted online, via email or mail along with images as proof of purchase including date.
All returns covered under this warranty require an RMA number issued by POLYWOOD one-attempt call tag and clearly marked on the packaging for acceptance. In the event that an item no longer available when product replacement occurs, an equivalent option with similar functionality and value will be supplied instead.
